Loan Options

FHA & USDA

FHA Loans - FHA loans offer first-time homebuyers a low down payment option, starting at just 3.5%. With more flexible credit requirements, these loans make homeownership more accessible, even for those with less-than-perfect credit.

USDA Loans - USDA loans provide 100% financing for homes in rural or suburban areas. With no down payment required, this loan could work for first-time buyers meeting income requirements and looking for a home in eligible regions.

Conventional

Conventional loans - Conventional loans offer competitive rates for first-time homebuyers with strong credit and at least a 3% down payment. These loans provide flexibility and fewer restrictions compared to government-backed options.

VA

VA loans - VA loans are available to veterans and active-duty military, offering 100% financing with no down payment or Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). This loan helps those who’ve served achieve homeownership with favorable terms and low costs.
